Culver City, California selected Urban Partners in early 2004 to develop three acres of land adjacent to its anticipated station on the Expo light rail line, the first commuter rail line into the West Side of Los Angeles.
This will be Urban Partners’ third transit-oriented development on the Los Angeles County Metro public transportation system. It will set a new standard for medium-density, mixed-use development and intermodal activity at a public transit portal.
Urban Partners and Culver City have worked closely with the local community to create a broadly-supported development plan for the station area.
Keller CMS will provide project delivery services.
