Urban Partners joined Mapleton Investments and other owners to acquire a prime high-rise residential development site in Glendale, California in 2004.
The design by Johnson Fain Partners features an articulated tower with a range of floorplans and a series of multi-story “sky gardens.”
Entitlement and predevelopment work will be completed in 2007.
