The City of Kenmore, Washington selected Urban Partners through a public competition in June 2006 to develop a 9.6 acre site in the community’s “new downtown.”
After more than 40 interactive public meetings, a design concept emerged featuring destination retail stores and restaurants around a public gathering space. Four hundred new homes, including 100 senior affordable apartments, are included in the mixed-use scheme.
Keller CMS will provide project delivery services.
