
Urban Partners and Keller CMS were retained by Oaktree Capital Management in 2000 to assist with restructuring a failed Mello Roos public financing district and re-entitlement of the 200 acre site for industrial and business park use.
Entitlement work and the financial restructuring plan were successfully completed in 2001. The site was acquired in 2002 by the City of Fontana for future development.

Urban Partners and Clark Construction Company were selected by Los Angeles County in 2001 to prepare feasibility analyses, schedules, budgets and an Environmental Impact Report for design, construction and financing of adaptive reuse for this historic County-owned building in downtown Los Angeles.
The project is currently “on hold” until budget issues affecting the County of Los Angeles are resolved.
