Working with the architectural firm AC Martin Partners, Urban Partners was retained by the City of Riverside in 2001 to plan and market a new office building on city-controlled land in downtown Riverside. This assignment followed on the success of California Tower I which was initiated by Urban Partners’ Principal Dan Rosenfeld for the City of Riverside in 1995.
Urban Partners developed plans and budgets for an 84,000 square foot office tower with a large central atrium space and special energy-conserving features. The site was subsequently developed by the City.
