Urban Partners was retained in early 2004 by a group of Bakersfield property owners to submit a proposal for development of a new Federal courthouse in downtown Bakersfield. The Federal government ultimately selected a suburban site for the facility. Keller CMS participated in all aspects of this assignment. The development has catalyzed a wave of new investment and public pride in downtown Burien and is serving as a model for “first tier” suburban regeneration throughout the region.

In March 2002 Urban Partners Principal Dan Rosenfeld completed redevelopment of an existing neighborhood-scale, grocer-anchored shopping center in Burien, Washington, near Seattle.
The project was a joint venture with Powell Development Company of Bellevue, Washington.
This important economic revitalization project led to more than $200 million of additional opportunities for Urban Partners in the local community including contracts to redevelop more than ten acres of prime land in the civic center of the City of Burien.
