John Hrovat is the senior member of Urban Partners’ project delivery team. He serves as Director of Operations for all of the firm’s development work and directly manages the firm’s development staff.
Prior to joining Urban Partners Mr. Hrovat served as Vice President and Development Manager for Lowe Enterprises where he played an active role in redeveloping the company’s industrial properties in Los Angeles’ historic downtown produce distribution core and in new developments in Hawthorne and Orange County, California and Denver, Colorado. He also has a strong professional background in marketing and project finance.
Mr. Hrovat is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
He is an active member of the School Board for Holy Angeles School in Arcadia, California and involved in other youth sports organizations.
Mr. Hrovat became a Principal of Urban Partners in 2006.
