Urban Partners is a real estate planning, investment, development and management firm. The company pursues select market niches where complexity or innovation create exceptional potential for its partners and clients. With highly-specialized expertise in urban entitlement processes, complex financial structures and alternative construction methods, Urban Partners identifies opportunities which are not widely followed or understood, resulting in competitive quality and marketing advantages and superior financial performance.

Urban Partners' business model includes two fundamental project types: equity-based and fee development. Current equity projects include residential and mixed-use developments in urban core and high population growth areas of the western United States and major land development projects requiring detailed planning and entitlement strategies. Urban Partners' products and services include land development, mixed use development, apartment and condominium homes, transit-oriented development, student housing, financial restructurings, build-to-suit development and the adaptive reuse of historic structures.

Together with its affiliated project delivery and construction management firm, Keller CMS, Urban Partners also provides fee-based project delivery services and consulting for a wide range of private, not-for-profit and government clients.

The company was founded in 2000 by Paul Keller, Dan Rosenfeld and the late Ira Yellin. Matt Burton and John Hrovat became Principals of the firm in 2005 and 2006. Today, Urban Partners and KCMS consist of more than 50

real estate and construction professionals. The Principals of Urban Partners and KCMS are personally involved in day-to-day management of all projects.

Company headquarters are in the historic Bradbury Building in downtown Los Angeles. A Northwest regional office is located in Seattle, Washington.
